Welcome to Little Tree Counseling! I'm Caitlyn Patel, a multicultural counselor based in Olympia, WA. I'm so glad you are here!
I strongly believe in the power of change through relationships. By building a strong rapport and foundation based on trust, I will work alongside my clients to find what approach works best for them. And, by offering unconditional positive regard, empathy, compassion, and a safe space, we will work together toward the goals we create in therapy.
While I have an office in Olympia, to see clients in person, I also offer telehealth to Washington residents state-wide.
